If you can't log in to your account, possible reasons are:
1. Incorrect user name:
When signing up, you are asked to create a user name.
To log in, you'll need to use the user name not your email address. Make sure to enter the correct user name.
Forgot your user name? Contact us. Tell us your box number and/or your email address.
2. Incorrect password:
Double check your spelling, caps lock, language setting when entering the password.
If you forget the password, reset your password.
3. System Error:
If you think it is a bug, please start a ticket so our IT can look into it immediately.
Bug example: No log-in buttons. Details of your browsers, time of the incident, screenshots, etc will help us fix the issue faster.
